Hi my name is SSgt Richard Ramsey currently stationed at PPope AFB nc. I am writing this letter today because I am ashamed of myself and I realy feel like a failure in more ways that one. I have been active for 12 years been deployed 5 times overseas i have a wife of 11 years with a 14 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. My wife recently had surgery on her neck and found out that she had cancer on her thyroid. Due to these discoveries she can not work anymore, or at least for quite a while and her income has supplemented the family income. Now we have barely enough money to eat and pay our bills. Sometimes food is set to the side. We can not afford a freaken real dinner. So we have decided as a family to go down to the local rescue mission and seek help. So I am reaching out to you and any other company or family that wouldnt mind helping us. We had to give our living room set and bedroom set back because we could not afford the payment anymore, however Someone gave us a couch and I purchased a bed and dresser at a yard sale, so we are fine with that. My truck is in the shop and my other car needs repairs badly but will have to wait. By far am I begging, i just wish that someone could help and if not, i will let god be god.

Hi, my name is Sarah. My husband, Matthew and I have been married for 7 years and we have 4 beautiful children. My husband just returned from Kuwait with a labral tear in his shoulder. He was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne and now he is serving as a medic in his guard unit. we are bzasrely living paycheck to paycheck...never quite getting everything taken care of. Bills pile up and have to wait so that we can buy groceries and diapers first. God has always provided for us. My husband just got back from Iraq from his first tour, he's a great man and always puts my son and I before himself. I've been doing odd jobs and baby sitting trying to save up the money to help pay for food and other things. If anyone can help us out it would mean so much my husband. Thank you. Holly K. "Army Wife"
